Purchasing Original Artwork

Thank you for your interest in collecting artwork from Made By Kulsoma. Each original artwork is created individually and represents a unique piece of the Artist’s practice.

Artwork Information

Artwork listings include:

  • Title

  • Medium

  • Dimensions

  • Year created

  • Availability

  • Price

  • Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

Payment

Artwork must be paid for in full before collection or delivery unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods will be provided by the website’s own systems or a generated invoice where a client is purchasing a work that has not gone online yet.

Artwork Reservation

Artwork may be reserved for a limited period at the Artist’s discretion. Reservations do not guarantee purchase unless payment has been received.

Delivery

Delivery arrangements will be agreed before purchase.

The Artist will:

  • Package artwork carefully

  • Provide delivery information

  • Use appropriate protection for original works

Delivery costs are the responsibility of the collector unless otherwise stated.

Certificates of Authenticity

Original artworks are supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity confirming:

  • Artist

  • Title

  • Medium

  • Date

  • Dimensions

  • Signature

Returns and Refunds

Because original artworks are unique items, returns may be limited. If artwork arrives damaged, please contact the Artist immediately with photographs and details. Any return arrangements will be handled individually.

Copyright

Purchase of artwork transfers ownership of the physical artwork only. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the Artist unless separately agreed.
